The operation to receive your PIN is simple and immediate:

1. Go at Puntoricaricard Point nearest to you and comunicate to the shopkeeper
        that you want load your Card.
2. Provide your Puntoricaricard code (attention, you will never be asked to provide your PIN)

3. The operator enter the card credentials and the amount on the dedicated platform and in
        few minutes you Card will be charged.
4. You will receive from the shopkeeper the receipt of the loading effectuated.

Puntoricaricard MasterCard® expires after 24 months. At expiration time, the owner of the Card can’t use it anymore for any activity. The customer can require a new Card from his Wallet.
