Card’s Activation by SMS

Getting your PIN is simple and immediate.

  • Send an SMS to +39 338 79 82 231 reported in the appropriate attachment "Terms and Conditions" in the Packaging and/or in the reserved area of the Wallet.
  • Insert in the message this text : secure code space the last 4 digits of your card’s PAN.
    : The secure code is the lower left corner of your Puntoricaricard.
  • At the receiving of the message we activate your card and we return a message on your phone with the PIN and the main default’s features set.
    Attention, we suggest to keep your PIN in a safe place, to not provide it to third parties and to not loose it
  • Once received the PIN and loaded the Card, you can easily use it.

Example

The number to send is composed by the secure code (observe the image) placed in the left corner at the bottom of your card, followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card’s PAN..
Assuming that your Card’s number is 5234 5678 9876 5432, the message you have to send for activation is :
0000000001 5432
